Caffé Latte

Caffé Latte, commonly called Latte, is an espresso based milk coffee. Lattes were traditionally served in a tall glass but nowadays more often in a big mug or a cup.

Latte is an espresso-based coffee drink that consist of one or two espressos and steamed milk with a little bit of foam. Compared to cappuccino, latte has more milk in it and the layer of foam on top of it is lighter. Lattes are one of most popular espresso- based coffee drinks and common in every café’s menu.

There are also many versions of latte. It can be served cold as an ice latte which doesn’t require any steaming or heating of the milk, but the espresso is mixed with cold milk and ice cubes. Vanilla and caramel lattes are also popular especially among youngsters and flavored lattes are often made with adding different syrups to regular latte. Same as in flat whites or cappuccinos also on top latte can be poured different beautiful latte art patterns.
